With the latest reports emanating from the Ukraine, of rape and pillage, as far as Russians are concerned, these are not uncommon acts.

At the end of WW2, on entering Berlin, that army of Russians were blessed with full exemption by Stalin, to do as they pleased.

After all they were Victors. To them there was to be no magnanimity in victory.

It seems to be the same today.
