TRURO VS TERRAS match preview

This is anything but a dead rubber for the Terras, with manager Jason Matthews insisting his side need to pick up wins and finish as high as they can to build for next season.

Stewart Yetton, a former Truro talisman, makes his return to the club this evening as do former Tigers Scott Walker, Barry McConnell, Isaac Vassell and Adam Kelly.

Matthews’ men will need to be on their guard against a team with a point to prove.

It would take a real slip up and a minor mathematical miracle for relegation to occur for hosts Truro, but the Tigers are not quite safe from the drop in the division as of yet, so they very much still have something to play for.

They have lost their last three league games, conceding nine goals in the process.

A win for Weymouth would see them move back up to ninth position in the table.
