PORTLAND United have seen tonight's Sydenhams Wessex Premier Division match at Hamble Club postponed due to a waterlogged pitch.
It is the Blues' second postponement in five days after Gary Bailey's men were scheduled to face Fareham Town on Saturday.
Hamble Club had earlier tweeted pictures of their ground, which showed large sections of the pitch including the centre circle spot, submerged in rainwater.
Interim boss Bailey will now turn his team's attentions to a home clash with Brockenhurst at the Weyline Stadium on Saturday (3pm).
Meanwhile, Dorchester Town Reserves have seen their Wyvern Midweek Combination League fixture at Basingstoke Town postponed due to a waterlogged pitch.
Rich Robson's men are next in action on Wednesday, April 4 with a league trip to Moneyfields (7.45pm).
Bridport Reserves' game against Sherborne Town Reserves in the Dorset Premier League tonight has also fallen foul of the weather.
