THE Dorchester Evening League celebrated the end of another season with an awards presentation at the Jewson Stadium.

Division One winners St George's, champions for the third successive campaign, collected their trophy as did Dewlish and Winfrith who won the Division Two and Division Three titles respectively.

The Bugler Cup for most runs scored was presented to Winfrith's Ryan Norman following his season total of 378 from 11 innings.

Sean Walbridge's 30 wickets saw the St George's bowler pick up the Bailey Cup for most wickets while team-mate Brian Keegan claimed the Dobell Cup for most stumpings and catches.

Tim Goodhew celebrated a double achievement as he shared the Stickland Cup for most catches with Matt Lucas (7) and won the Umpires' Cup for most outstanding under-18.

Andy Crabb's sensational tally of 22 sixes earned him the Jeffrey Trophy.
