ADAM Skelton is suspended for Easton United’s clash against Bishops Caundle at Grove Corner tomorrow (3pm).

Skelton has to serve a one-game ban for picking up four bookings but Terry Oldrid should return from a hamstring injury to bolster the Portlanders ranks.

United beat Caundle 3-0 on the opening day of the Dorset Senior League campaign but boss Chris Wilson is refusing to under-estimate the mid-table side, who have drawn their last three.

He said: “They have had an up and down season this year but we won’t be taking them lightly.

“We are a very different side now compared to the last time we played them and if we can continue the form we showed last Saturday in our 2-1 win over Okeford United then we should be okay even though Caundle are a very workmanlike side.

“Unfortunately, Adam Skelton is suspended so we will have to reshuffle the pack a bit but that will give someone else a chance to come in and take their opportunity. Terry Oldrid is back available again but Stu Burley is still away for another couple of weeks. Apart from that everyone else is fit and raring to go.”

Wilson’s men currently sit third, nine points adrift of second-placed Weymouth Sports and 12 points ahead of eighth-placed Caundle.
