VICE-CHAIRMAN David Martin has confirmed that the winding-up petition issued against Dorchester last June, by HM Revenue & Customs, has today been dismissed in the Royal Courts of Justice.
The club is now awaiting the necessary paperwork to get its HSBC bank account up and running once again.
