WEYLINE will be out for revenge tomorrow when they lock horns with Rodwell in a top-of-the-table tussle in the Weymouth Sunday League Premiership (10.30am).

Rodwell beat the current league leaders 2-1 in the Charity Cup one month ago and possess the only 100 per cent record in the division where they currently sit second with a game in hand.

However, Weyline are a much stronger proposition now, following the recent additions of Ben Porteous and Liam Miles, and they will also go into the clash with bags of confidence following last weekend’s 3-0 demolition of reigning champions Rendezvous.

Rodwell will certainly have to be wary of the potential threat from Weyline’s in-form front two of Ethan Devaney and Danny Andrews, and the table-toppers could also be boosted by the return of one-time skipper Adam Anstey, who is hoping to be available after a spell out through injury.

Meanwhile, down in the Championship, Moby Dick’s take on Galaxy Lions in a basement battle at Watery Lane on Portland.

Co-manager Harry Carter is expected to return for the Moby and with both sides still searching for their first win this promises to be a titanic affair.

Lions’ boss Dave Price said: “Despite losing last week there were a lot of positives we could take from it so hopefully our first win is just around the corner.”
