BRIDPORT will be looking to exert some revenge on Cadbury Heath this weekend when the sides clash in league action at St Mary’s Field.

Trevor Senior’s troops host 17th-placed Heath, who they lost to 3-2 last month, tomorrow (3pm).

The Bees were undone by goals from George Boon, Harry Paice and Liam Crewe in the reverse fixture, two of which came inside the final seven minutes when Bridport led 2-1.

Speaking about that clash, Senior said: “We were 2-1 up with 15 minutes to go and had to make a couple of enforced changes through injury. They scored two in the last seven minutes which was a bit disappointing.

“It’s the only game they have won but they have got a real match-winner in Matt Huxley. He is always a danger." but we are a good match for them and they are for us.

“Hopefully it will be a good game and it will go in our favour.”

Sam Buckler and Alan Hill are unavailable for the home side this weekend, Dan Peach is also a doubt with shin splints and Chris Senior is looking to work off an ankle injury. Ryan Hayter is also looking to overcome a groin problem.

Gary Bulman and Ryan Dovell are set to make their return to the squad and Sean Stewart could be named after recovering from injury.

Senior added: “We had a full scale practice match on Tuesday night which was a good work out. Sean will come into the reckoning as a possibility. With Dan Peach possibly out he might come back and take his place.”

Jamie Beasley is set to continue getting minutes under his belt with the Bees’ reserves as he continues to recover from surgery.
