VOCAL SUPPORT: Competitors get plenty of encouragement
BUSTINSKIN Triathlon Club enjoyed a one-two finish in the Osprey Sprint race.
Joe Arundel dominated from the start and was the first competitor home in a time of 57.04mins.
Nearly two-and-a-half minutes further back in second was clubmate Tom Carter (59.30), while Somerset RC Tri Club’s Julian Ridgely was third (59.48).
Lloyd Cranny and Andrew Jardine, also of BustinSkin, were sixth and ninth respectively in a field of 150 athletes.
The first female en-trant to finish the race was Natalie Thomas (1:07.14) in 20th place.
