WEYMOUTH & Portland, who currently sit sixth in the table, entertain East Dorset tomorrow (2.15pm).
The Monmouth Avenue outfit will be favourites to tally up a fifth league victory this season over the club lying just one place off the bottom of the league table with only one win in the bank.
The Seasiders’ first-team manager Vaughan Carter said: “We didn’t play particularly well last week at Sherborne, but we still managed to grind out a win so myself and coach Paul Harding will be looking for an improvement tomorrow.
“We play East Dorset again next week in the semi-final of the Dorset & Wilts Vase and that is a competition we want to win.”
Hooker Dan Hayne and centre Joe Wilson both return to the first-team squad.
There is a coach travelling to East Dorset next week and some places are still available, if anyone wants to travel, contact the club on 778889.

Weymouth & Portland Seconds visit Wimborne to play the hosts’ third team and a victory would see them leapfrog their hosts and if other results go their way they could move into second place in the Dorset & Wilts Three South table.
On Sunday, fresh from their 32-30 win over the Royal Navy Under-23 team last Sunday, Dorset & Wilts Under-20s play host to their RAF counterparts at Trowbridge with the game kicking off at 2pm.
