Terras fall to defeat at Redditch
7:08pm Saturday 28th April 2012 in Match Reports
REDDITCH UNITED 2
(S Hendrie 11, Osborne pen 81)
WEYMOUTH 0
THE Terras saw their season end with a disappointing defeat at the Valley where they were outplayed by Redditch United for much of the afternoon.
The Reds put Weymouth on the back-foot for the majority of the contest and would have won by a much bigger margin had it not been for three goal-line clearances from Rhys Baggridge and some excellent saves from Tom Manley.
In the end United bagged two through Stuart Hendrie and Lee Osborne with the latter's goal coming from the spot after Manley was sent off for conceding a second penalty - the first he saved.

Not like the days of Dave Massart, Marcel Gaillard, Sammy McGowan, Andy Easton and Desmond Lawes at the Recreation Ground. Yet the Terras remain my second favourite football club with the ARSENAL in first position. Local team, Southampton, are poor third.
