WEYMOUTH-BORN speedway prospect Anders Rowe finished second in the final meeting of the British Youth Championship Series at Redcar.
On a tricky track, the former Weymouth Wildcats’ mascot was the highest points scorer going into the final, and his overall performance was enough to secure him third place in the series overall, despite only competing in four of the six rounds.
Rowe’s record was a strong one throughout the meetings, finishing at least third in every round he competed in as well as winning the event at Rye House.
