In regards to Trevor Bevins’ article on fracking, five years ago I spent two months at the anti-fracking demonstration at Balcombe in Sussex.
While I was there I learned a lot of facts about fracking, including the revelation that all of southern Dorset has been licensed for fracking, and licences are available for the rest of the county.
This also includes the entire Jurassic Coast. A World Heritage site. So why were so many people opposed to the offshore wind farm? What are the alternatives?
