Recently there have been several men living in tents in a sheltered area of Markham and Little Francis.
One assumed they were homeless.
Now they have gone, but have left behind a pile of tents, sleeping bags, chairs, cookers, a bike and loads of rubbish.
If you are too poor to afford anywhere to live, aren’t you also too poor to abandon your own useable property?
They may not need tents and camping equipment at the moment, but it may be useful in the future, or could be given to other homeless.
There have been other campers dotted around that area, and almost all the tents have been left to rot.
Don’t they care about the waste?
