WITH another reply, as for Mark Gugan (The facts are now clear, Friday February 15) a referendum is nothing like buying house or anything, it is an open invitation to debate and take part in a vote of yes or no on a certain subject i.e stay in the common market EU or leave the same no discussions about anything else except your own concerns and people who could sway you one way or the other.

After the vote win or lose in or out, then we have the debate and discussions on the best outcome for us, our country and the future of our people. If again the majority return with the Brexit plan then we are out, if however, the majority now vote to remain we’ll then go crawling back to this undemocratic none elected farce and beg to be re-instated and probably be charged a healthy fine for wasting their time. But hi ho there we go again.
