Why are the council spending thousands of pounds on an artist for the Weymouth Promenade lights? What’s wrong with a string of LED rope lights?
There are more than enough lamp posts to hang the suspension wire on to support them plus lots of power supplies locations. So why the massive costs for an artist and why taking so long?
Keep it is simple but effective and what the people want! Plus no problems getting a contract for electrical engineers.
