Letter: Who can we believe?

Not content with turning the country into a seething mess of divisiveness, its favourite contender for the post of Prime Minister is quoted as being ‘a philanderer, liar and buffoon’.

Good credentials I suppose at Westminster but Boris Johnson has now hit the headlines with a reported shouting match with his partner.

She allegedly confirmed my own opinion of him; ‘a spoilt brat’!

Over the next week or so, we will be treated to hours and hours of him and Jeremy Hunt arguing on air about who is more capable. Capable of what may I ask?

The Foreign Secretary also has a suspect agenda.

He claims sympathy with the NHS’s lack of funding but spent years starving it of cash. Who can you believe?

We must remember that the final decision concerning which of these examples of a privileged upbringing will lead us into the ‘valley of death of Brexit’ rests with about 120,000 Tory Party ‘faithfuls’.

If ever there was a moment to tear up FPTP and install Proportional Representation, this is it!

That brave lady was apparently laid to rest after a public protest march but I’m now reliably informed that although she was bruised and battered by the forces of autocracy, she was fortunately smuggled to safety and is full of fight again if we are!
