IT is an almost daily occurrence to read in the Echo of injuries in traffic accidents, far too many fatal.
I believe that contributing to this is Dorset Police’s policy of rigorously enforcing blanket speed limits.
The financial and employment implications of points on a licence lead many people to spend too much time looking at the speedometer and not enough looking where they’re going.
I’m not talking of people that drive like lunatics here.
