I have just read the article about changing the dog restrictions on the beach.
Some of the councillors had kids who were scared of dogs and therefore if restrictions were changed, they wouldn’t be able to enjoy the beach.
I have often walked, with my dog along the front in October, more often than not there is not a soul on the beach.
No kids playing, no councillors.
They also mentioned the cost of changing the sights, but they were quite happy to squander our council tax to change them the other way.
