I don’t know how much money was spent on the modifications to the sewage treatment works at Wyke Regis to eliminate the ‘Wyke Whiff’ but it appears to have been wasted.
As a Wyke-ite I have not read or been informed as to why this venture failed, but I presume myself and other Wessex Water customers will be paying for it.
A comment from Wessex Water would be appreciated but not expected.
