WHY do so many people continue to park on footpaths throughout Dorchester?
I have a four-year-old and a six-month-old baby in a pushchair and I have lost count of the amount of times I have had to venture into the road trying to keep both my children safe as I manoeuvre around an inconsiderately parked car.
