ALEX Bardswell (Echo, Jan 4) worries that the lorries delivering waste to the proposed energy plant at Portland will cause pollution along the newly built Western Relief Road and causeway.
Alex, this is South Dorset.
By the time the new road and power plant are built, all vehicles will be running on perpetual motion batteries (that discharge and recharge at the same time) and we will all be living in a pollution free world. Won’t we?
