On Monday, July 13 my wife and I went shopping in Morrisons supermarket.
Whilst there the computerised cash tills all failed and therefore customers had to wait some half an hour from finishing shopping to paying.
This situation caused a great deal of extra work for Morrisons’ staff and I would like to say how impressed my wife and I were with the helpfulness and pleasantness with which the staff managed.
They were indeed terrific and made what could have been quite dour proceedings so much better and thank you.
