Customer thanks kind Weymouth shop workers after accident in store
WOULD you be so kind as to print this letter from me having suffered quite an accident on the escalator in Marks & Spencer store in Weymouth, for the great help and assistance given by the manageress Michelle and the first aid staff Helen and Emily.
They were quick on the scene and all my injuries were very confidently dealt with before I was sent me off to the hospital.
I was also so impressed with the aid and assistance given by various members of the public who happened to be around and to all concerned I would really wish to give my gracious thanks.
