An air ambulance has landed in Weymouth for a medical emergency.
It is understood a MAGPAS helicopter was seen landing on a field near to Louviers Road in the Littlemoor area of Weymouth at around 11.50am this morning.
It is believed to have left the area in the past 15 minutes.
The orange and white MAGPAS helicopter is currently standing in for the Dorset and Somerset Air Ambulance, and is operated by members of Dorset and Somerset Air Ambulance whilst the yellow helicopter is underdoing maintenance.
Emergency services have been contacted for more information.
