A road was partially closed following a crash and car fire.
One lane of the A31 east bound between The Mount and Hightown Hill has been closed following the incident this morning.
According to reports, traffic was queuing for approximately four miles, with delays of up to 40 minutes.
No injuries have been reported according to police and recovery services were in attendance as National Highways confirmed on social media that the road was reopened around 9am.
A spokesperson for Hampshire Police said: "Police were called at 6.48am on February 9 to a collision on the A31. The collision involved two vehicles. No injuries were reported."
