THE EUROFIGHTER Typhoon roared its way into Bournemouth Airport at the weekend.
The jet was at Hurn airport on Saturday, August 15, for a short time ahead of its appearance at Eastbourne Airshow.
Dorset Camera Club member MAD Photography captured these scenes of the awesome jet.
The aircraft was a firm favourite at the former Bournemouth Air Festival.
The popular event ran for 17 years taking place on Bournemouth seafront from 2008 to 2024, with the exception of 2020 when Covid restrictions were in place.
It was estimated that half a million people attended the last air show in 2024.
The 2024 air show was the last to be organised and funded by BCP Council as the authority wanted to be able to balance their budget and protect frontline services.
Since the festival has been cancelled there has been frequent calls for it to be revived.
In June, Bournemouth Town Council said it will not bring back the Bournemouth Air Festival if it increases the cost of the council tax precept.
