DORCHESTER Town Football Club have confirmed that club member Scott Symes has been co-opted on to the board of directors.
Symes, who has been involved with Dorchester Town Youth teams for the past 12 years and managed the Dorchester Town Dynamos under 16s side last season, has taken on the role of commercial director working alongside other directors and volunteers currently involved in all commercial aspects at the club.
After joining the board of directors, Symes, who works in the pharmaceutical and healthcare industry, said: “I’m really excited to help take the club forward, with an immediate focus looking at all the commercial streams coming into the club to ensure we can support our vision of promotion in the next three years whilst continuing to build the DTFC community.”
