WEYMOUTH must perform well enough to warrant victory at Dulwich Hamlet tomorrow (3pm), boss David Oldfield insists.
Winless in seven Vanarama National League matches so far, the Terras sit bottom of the table with two points.
Results have picked up slightly after a disastrous start of five straight losses, with Weymouth earning points against Hungerford and Hemel Hempstead.
However, Oldfield is far from satisfied with performance levels and once more challenged his side to secure victory when they visit Champion Hill.
He told Echosport: “Every game it’s at the forefront of our mind, we always go into games with that target in mind.

“We need to make sure that we give ourselves a chance throughout the whole period of the game to get a positive result.
“Our eyes are fully open of the challenge ahead and we look forward to it. We need to make sure that the performance warrants us getting a positive result.”
With Dulwich attracting often well excess of 2,000 home fans, Oldfield called for Weymouth to show more for their own supporters.
He said: “They get tremendous crowds and it will be a good atmosphere there. It will be a big game, there’s no doubt.
“We have the potential for big crowds as well and we as a group have to show more for our fans.
“I’ve said on numerous occasions how fantastic our supporters have been and how literally supportive they have been. Long may that continue.”
Ahkeem Rose (ankle) is out, while Weymouth continue to assess goalkeeper Billy Terrell (shoulder).
Oldfield added: “We’ve got some stresses and strains but they are hopefully manageable.”
Weymouth continue to work on a signing – the same player as last week – and hope to complete before the weekend.
*Weymouth Travel Club are running trips to Bath City and Winchester on the 13th and 17th September respectively, leaving the Bob Lucas Stadium at 4pm and 11.30am. The cost is £15 each for both journeys.
