A MAN from Weymouth caused almost £1,500 worth of damage at a hospital and was also found with crack cocaine.
Michael Roger Walton, aged 45, of Chickerell Road, appeared at Poole Magistrates Court on Wednesday, October 13 and admitted criminal damage to property valued under £5,000 and possessing a controlled drug.

The damage was in relation to an incident on August 22 when Walton caused £1,474.75 worth of damage to a door at St Ann's Hospital in Poole.
He was found in possession of the drug on the same day.
As a result Walton was ordered to pay the full cost of the damage to compensate the hospital.

For the drug offence he was fined £50 and must pay a £34 victim surcharge and £85 costs.
